Parental Right to Be Notified in Public Schools Banned Unless Emergency Local Policy is Implemented!
Countywide Support for Every District is On Its Way!
Parents in San Diego County must know that the State legislature passed an Anti-Parent law in 2024 that attempts to restrict parents from being notified by teachers and staff when a child expresses gender dysphoria or curiosity while the entire school is permitted to know your child has taken a different name or pronoun.
Emergency Alert! Many local parents are COMPLETELY in the dark regarding their kids placed on school “gender transition plans,” including school faculty inviting outside counselors from Planned Parenthood and local hospitals to speak to these children about chemical castration and gender mutilation as “gender-affirming care” options, without a whisper of a suggesting that therapy should be sought before any attempts to transition take place. The counselors on our school campuses are not trained and licensed to treat children with gender dysphoria, and schools are placing children at high suicide risk and danger by keeping parents in the dark regarding what is a serious, painful mental health condition.
The good news is that dozens of local California districts have adopted a local parental right-to-notification policy, and San Diego’s Lakeside and Cajon Valley districts passed the policy last year.
It’s time to pass this EMERGENCY POLICY in the remaining 41 districts as soon as possible! In every district where we’ve heard locals inquire, all of them had several students on gender transition plans without disclosing who the children were and without the parents knowing!

It’s time our elected officials, parents, and taxpayers take control of our local schools and establish a comprehensive Parental Bill of Rights policy. It’s time to end the Marxist training and nourishment of our children, including the sexual revolution that defends pornography and obscene reading materials and K-12 comprehensive sex education. It’s time to EDUCATE our kids in reading, writing, and arithmetic and remove partisan indoctrination.

Attention, San Diego! Reclaim San Diego is proud to announce the development of a groundbreaking mobilization hub to unite and strengthen our local parental rights groups across all 43 county school districts. With 26 districts already boasting conservative majorities, we see a golden opportunity to influence policy that safeguards our children and elevates educational standards. By combining forces of neighboring districts to support our policy initiatives, we can increase our influence and impact.
We Need Your Help!
We actively reach out to every School Board Trustee, Parental Rights Leader, and volunteer. Together, we'll lay the groundwork where our grassroots efforts can flourish, identify areas needing more support, and recruit new members. New volunteers will be directly linked with seasoned team leaders on the ground.
Behind the Scenes:
We're assembling a countywide panel of experts who will work closely with Board Members to craft and implement policies tailored to each district's needs. We'll have on-call attorneys ready to provide legal advice, ensuring our strategies are both effective and legally sound.
Action Alerts and Campaigns:
This hub will also serve as a tip line for Trustees, allowing us to quickly mobilize our community when crucial items hit school board agendas. We'll issue action alerts and launch grassroots campaigns to ensure conservative voices are heard loud and clear.
