ICE’s Heroic Crackdown Under Essayli’s Task Force Defies California’s Sanctuary Defiance. Under the leadership of newly appointed U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, President Trump’s Operation Guardian Angel task force is heroically detaining serious criminal illegal immigrants in California, directly challenging the defiant sanctuary policies of Governor Gavin Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, and the state legislature.
These policies, enshrined in the California Values Act (SB 54), shield criminals by limiting local cooperation with ICE, prioritizing lawbreakers over public safety. Last week, ICE arrested 150 criminals in Los Angeles, including murderers, rapists, gang members, and a child sex offender, as reported by Border Czar Tom Homan. Yet, Newsom and Bass side with these felons and riotous provocateurs, undermining federal law enforcement.
Newsom called ICE raids “chaotic federal sweeps” that “erode trust,” while Bass decried tactics that “sow terror in our communities.” Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters taunted National Guard troops on June 8, 2025, outside the Metropolitan Detention Center, saying, “What are you going to do to me, shoot me?” These statements fuel violent protests, with agitators waving Mexican flags, spraying “F-Amerikka” and “F-ICE” graffiti, and chanting “no one is illegal on stolen land.” Such actions, backed by Newsom and Bass, signal support for lawlessness over Californians’ safety.
The question of who delayed the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) response for over two hours on June 6, 2025, when ICE agents were mobbed, their building surrounded, and bricks were thrown, demands answers. ICE’s plea for backup went unanswered as over 1,000 rioters attacked, per DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. X posts suggest Mayor Bass ordered the LAPD to stand down, with one anonymous officer stating, “The optics of showing up too fast to help ICE? That’s a career ender in this city.” This deliberate delay endangered agents’ lives and emboldened lawlessness, reflecting Bass’s and Newsom’s sanctuary agenda. Congress must investigate this failure to protect federal officers executing their constitutional duties.
Trump responded on Truth Social: “If Governor Gavin Newscum and Mayor Karen Bass can’t do their jobs, the Federal Government will step in and solve the problem, RIOTS & LOOTERS, the way it should be solved!!!” Homan fired back, “Help us take these criminals off the street. Stop applauding the protesters and support law enforcement.” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem warned, “Sanctuary politicians are on notice: comply with federal law.” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth added, “If violence continues, active duty Marines at Camp Pendleton will be mobilized.” Essayli, on X, affirmed, “Federal law enforcement operations are proceeding as planned… Anyone who obstructs federal agents will face arrest.”
Hakeem Jeffries and Maxine Waters, as members of Congress, criminally incite a new summer of lawlessness, stoking violent protests alongside Newsom and Bass, who encourage paid agitators to disrupt ICE’s constitutional duty. These seditious movements—marked by assaults on federal buildings, attacks on officers, and anti-American rhetoric—cannot be tolerated. Newsom’s sanctuary policies protect murderers, drug traffickers, and child sex traffickers, endangering Californians. His veto of bills expanding sanctuary protections, like AB 15, is mere posturing, as he still limits ICE cooperation. Bass’s refusal to involve LAPD in immigration enforcement further emboldens criminals.
Hold Hakeem Jeffries Accountable—ACT NOW!
The "Shut Down LA Domestic Terrorists" campaign demands swift action against radical Leftist groups—PSL, DSA, CHIRLA, SEIU, and Unión del Barrio—behind the Los Angeles riots in defense of violent, dangerous criminals. These felons, defacing taxpayer-funded buildings and vehicles, assaulting ICE agents, and shutting down highways, holding the city under siege, threaten public safety. Their graffiti (“F— ICE,” “Kill Cops”) and chants (“No Justice, No Peace”) incite violence. We call for mass arrests, felony charges under 18 U.S.C. § 2101 and California Penal Code § 404, and an end to sanctuary policies like SB 54. Elected officials must condemn these groups, cease obstructing ICE, and uphold constitutional duty.
Hold Governor Newsom, State Lawmakers, and LA City Officials Accountable for their Failure to Enforce and Support Federal Officers
Newsom’s mismanagement—ballooning budgets, a gas tax disguised as green regulation, and allowing Los Angeles to burn—has fueled this crisis, forcing Trump to deploy 2,000 National Guard troops. His presidential ambitions should crash like the Hindenburg, a fitting end to his disastrous tenure. Bass, with her history of communist sympathies and trips to Cuba, warrants scrutiny for potential treasonous intent. The 2026 California election offers a chance to reject this lawless sanctuary agenda. We must stand against those shielding gangs, cartels, and human traffickers, demanding accountability for Newsom, Bass, and the legislature. It’s time for a red wave to restore law, order, and safety for all Californians.
