The State Assembly Walked Back Newsom's $50M Sanctuary Legal Fund
Together, we canceled Newsom’s efforts to Trump-proof the state! Act for America launched a campaign titled “Stop Trump Proofing California,” garnering nearly 408 thousand lawmaker-direct actions. Patriots, when we lock shields and act in unison through simple actions like emailing and calling our representatives, your voice can be heard and counted, even in California!
Our next plan of action is to pass an “Anti-Sanctuary Policy” in every chartered city throughout the state. Friends of the show, Mayor Bill Wells, and Council Members in El Cajon are expected to pass a resolution next Tuesday as the first chartered city in San Diego County, and we hope to ride this red wave in every other city possible in the next 90 days!

Turns out, using taxpayer funds to shield heinous, violent criminals from deportation isn’t a popular idea.
Los Angeles is battling a catastrophic wildfire, and California faces a massive budget deficit for future years. The last thing we need is more political stunts from Governor Newsom as he chases his White House pipe dream.
